|YELLOWSTONE MULE EARS
Still in full bloom, a hill side near the summit of Dunraven Pass between Canyon and Roosevelt Junction was covered with Mules' Ear, Lupine, Lewis' Monkey's Ear, and other incredible Alpin Flowers. Because the seasons are so late at this altitude (almost ten thousand feet), this sight is common in the park even in early August.
